Pages clean and pristine except for former owner's name stamped on front end sheet. Book has never been cracked open. From the private collection of Dr. Vera E. Milz, a children's book reviewer for several publishers. Interior text is brown with black illustrations with "Grr-r-r". Dust jacket has modest soiling and a couple of short tears that were repaired on the underside of jacket at some point. Harper Crest gold foil label on spine otherwise jacket is in overall very good condition. DJ flap is clipped in upper corner with publisher's price of net $2.57 on lower DJ flap along with 30-70 code. DJ protected by a brand new, clear, acid-free mylar cover. We add mylar covers to all books with DJs to preserve the DJs and add luster to magnify their beauty.
