Hundreds of graded problems provide drill as well as analytical exercises for students. The only prerequisite is a knowledge of the four basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, although the text does include a brief review of these operations. A new feature of the Fourth Edition is its emphasis on the use of calculator function keys to solve math problems.
