An undercover cop investigating a motorcycle club suspected of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine, Charlie Wolf has broken the two cardinal rules of his work. He's grown close to Ray Sasso, head of the drug ring -- and he's become addicted to meth.

During the bust, Charlie, not sure where his loyalties lie, winds up with a bullet lodged in the right temporal lobe of his brain. In jail, Ray Sasso knows that Charlie set him on the path to hell. He will have revenge.
