Description: A passenger ship on its way back to Earth is hit by a comet and crashes into an unknown planet. The few who survive this deadly collision soon find out that a team of geologists had once inhabited this unknown planet. The survivors also learn that these geologists disappeared suddenly exactly sixty years ago -- leaving their ship behind. Soon, the survivors learn the reason -- they are not alone on this planet. Perpetual daylight reigns, and creatures that can survive only in darkness roam underground. Once every sixty years a solar eclipse darkens the skies and allows the blood-hungry creatures to escape. The survivors have just a few hours left to get the geologists' ship off the planet's surface before these blood-hungry creatures emerge.
