Fine, apparently unread. 172 pp. Novelization of the Werner Herzog screenplay for the 1979 film of the same name, which in turn was based on the now iconic 1922 German silent film by F.W. Murnau. This version is a combination of the 1922 silent and Bram Stoker's 1897 novel "Dracula" and was released in Germany under the title, "Nosferatu: Phantom der Nacht( ("Nosferatu: Phantom of the Night). It starred Klaus kinski as Dracula/Nosferatu, Isabelle Adjani as Lucy Harker, Bruno Kanz as Jonathan Harker, and Roland Toper as Renfield. It was released in two versions, one in which the actors speak German and the other in which they speak English.
