Description: Annie Pinkerton Boone Newcastle has arrived in the Arizona Territory from Iowa for a a pre-arranged marriage, but her newly acquired -- and much older -- husband expires just after their honeymoon begins, leaving Annie without funds and the sole support of his two elderly relatives.
