"If only there were a way to solve the problems with the Scream Team once and for all. Let me think..." Dr. Neuron took a pen and the thick league rulebook from his pocket. He flipped the book open and scribbled on a random page. "Why! What's this?" he said as if he had just discovered something new in the book. "Attention, please!" he said, and waited for the remaining crowd in the stadium to quiet down. Then he read out loud, "'Forthwith hitherto all teams that wish to play in the Junior Club Monster League shall require a sponsor. If such sponsor cannot be found said team will be forced to leave the JCML.'"
