Sewn binding in paper-covered boards with cloth spine, in dustjacket. First printing of the trade edition. A nice copy with the wonderful color Gorey dustjacket. Opening widely but sewn binding is firm and hinges are intact; spine slightly off square. No marks. Tiny bump to lower front corner, light fading at edges, faint foxing top edge. Dustjacket also nice; Price at top corner front flap is unclipped, but lower corner front flap is clipped. A little creasing at the edges, but no chips or tears. Rubbing over the seams, and a light crease back panel. Inside and flaps showing sun-toning.
