Description: This is a spellbinding fantasy adventure story of a homeless Siamese cat named Calypso and a strange device he finds down a gopher hole. Being an adventurous cat, he disappears for days at a time chasing after birds and mice. His owners move away and leave him behind. At age five he knocks on doors looking for a home. He teams up with two children, six-year-old Janet and her seven-year-old brother Larry. He also meets the childrens white Persian cat, Pricilla, and love begins to bloom.
