Description: When twelve-year-old Hilary Wilson's family moves from Pennsylvania to Justice, Illinois, she finds herself feeling angry, frustrated, and lonely. To make matters worse, bully Frank Smith, whose favorite pastime is scaring people, decides Hilary should be his next victim.
