Description: Matt has a special gift that will enable him to avenge his brother's death. Kerise has another use for that talent, if only she can persuade him to abandon his personal quest and help her with a project called Indigo. Echelon, a secret government project, also wants Matt for his gift. Because he and other like him cannot be controlled, they pose a threat to national security. Orders go out to have them eliminated.
