Marketplace: Sell Your Books, Movies and Games Online!
Welcome to our marketplace! This unique program provides an easy, hassle-free method for members to unload all of their textbooks, general reading books, movies and games online. By joining our program, you will be able to list as many of your used items as you would like, at whatever prices you think are fair. Your stuff will be listed right alongside our new and used merchandise, giving your listings exposure to a large number of potential purchasers. Membership is FREE: there is no charge for listing your items on our site. You will be charged a small commission fee only when your items sell.

How do I sell my book, movie or game?
Becoming a Seller is easy. To sell your books, movies and games online,
simply become a marketplace registered member. (Click here to login or become a member). You will be asked to create a username and a password, to give your real name and address, and to provide your credit card and bank account information for payment. We value your privacy. Once a member, you can post your used items in just a few easy steps. Here's how it works:
- Enter the ISBN or UPC of the book, movie or game that you would like to sell into the search field. Alternatively, you can find the product through our search box and click the "Sell this item" link in the item
description.
- Confirm the item's listing information (title, author, binding, etc.)
- Rate the item according to its condition.
- Assign a price to your item.
Your item is then automatically entered into our online inventory. If a Buyer purchases your book, movie or game, you will be emailed with the details of the sale and a printable mailing label. Your account will then be
credited with the sale amount minus a commission, and this amount will be deposited into your personal checking account or onto a credit card according to the schedule set out in our Payment Guidelines. See the Seller Payment Policy for full details.
No Shipping Hassles!
Shipping items through the marketplace is as painless as possible--we provide you with a complete shipping label and a credit to help defray the cost of shipping. You package your item (in accordance with our Packaging Guidelines), affix the label, and take it your local post office.
How do I buy items through the marketplace?
Items available through the marketplace are being offered by individual sellers, however purchasing them is just like purchasing any other item on TextbookX.com. You can search our site for a particular book, game or movie using the ISBN/UPC, title, author, lead actors or other search criteria. Once you have found the items you’re looking for, add them to your shopping cart and check out, and the TextbookX.com will contact your seller and issue them a shipping label to use for the order.
How are the items shipped to me?
You can choose whether you would like your marketplace books, movies and games shipped to you via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail, Priority Mail, or with UPS when supported by the seller. Please note that Media Mail may not include tracking for all orders.
The Seller is required to ship the item to you no more than one business day after the sale is confirmed. USPS Media Mail takes 4 to 10 business days from the time of confirmation to delivery, while Priority Mail and UPS Ground take 2 to 5 business days. Please note that marketplace items cannot currently be shipped to APO addresses.
What if I don't receive the item that I purchased through the marketplace?
We make every effort to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. This means that items you purchase should be delivered to you and should be usable when they arrive. There are times however when a purchase doesn't work out as it should, and our Buyer Protection Policy is designed to protect you in cases where something goes wrong.
Seller Ratings
After a Buyer receives the item(s) purchased from one of our Sellers, we encourage the Buyer to provide feedback on their experience. This feedback is made in the form of a rating scale with associated comments about the Seller. This rating system allows all future customers to view the quality of service each Seller provides. Sellers are therefore encouraged to improve their rating by accurately classifying the quality of the items they list for sale, offering fair and competitive pricing, and confirming and shipping all orders in an efficient and timely manner.
