PROCESSING ORDERS Individual Sellers and Stores After an Order Has Been Placed If one of your books is ordered, you will be notified by email immediately. The email will contain a link to the Sales part of your online account, where you will be prompted to confirm your order. Important: If you do not confirm your order within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled. After confirming, you will receive a shipping label with a barcode and the buyer's address, which you can print out and affix to the package. Shipping Your Order Be sure to package your order well, and then take it to the Post Office or to your nearest UPS authorized shipping center, depending on which service the buyer chose. Keep in mind that with UPS, your labels will be pre-paid; with the Post Office you will need to pay for shipping at a postal center. Our system is able to keep track of your shipment through the tracking barcode printed on your label, and will authorize your order for payment three business days after the order delivers. To find out when payments are dispersed, please check our Payment Page. Volume Sellers The seller will use FTP to transfer files from (orders) and to (confirmations) a server run by TextbookX.com.
