Strollercize is the brainchild of personal trainer and mother-of-three Elizabeth Trindade. Frustrated that motherhood was keeping her away from the gym when she needed it most. Trindade decided to turn the stroller that was constantly at her fingertips into a piece of excercise equipment, creating a complete stroller-based workout that includes cardiovascular routines, strength training, and stretching.

Designed to get moms back to prepregnancy (or better!) shape, the Strollercize program requires no special type of stroller, no other equipment, and most important of all, no time away from baby. As effective as it is convenient, and illustrated throughout, Strollercize "RM" will help new moms feel as good about their bodies as they do about the newest little addition to their lives.
