Description: On the Moon, the city of Luna-1 is in chaos as lawlessness and crime threaten to overrun the beleaguered lunar justice department; answering a call for help, Judge Dredd and Sov-Judge Nikita Kontarsky - his opposite number from East-Meg Two - lead an international force of hand-picked Judges to assist the moon's Chief Judge-Marshall Tex; but unknown to Dredd or Kontarsky, undercover agents from East-Meg Two are stirring up trouble among the citizens on the forthcoming anniversary of the Apocalypse War, with plans to ferment a Sov-backed revolution and take control of Luna-1. When a sniper murders Judge Tex, Dredd finds himself framed for the killing and narrowly escapes a revolutionary hit squad. With no one else to turn to, Dredd is forced to trust Kontarsky and the two Judges escape into the lunar wilderness. As the city erupts in an urban firestorm, Dredd and Kontarsky must work together to reveal a conspiracy of revenge inside the Sov Judge hierarchy, before their time - and their air! - runs out.
