Every word is well researched and reflects not only the Islamic belief in the conduct of daily life but also the general attitude of the people toward Western world. CONSIDER THIS--Is the Veil required by Islam? What is required of a Muslim during the month of Ramadan? What part does sexual intercourse with one's wife play during Pilgrimage? Why did Mohammed have eight wives when a Muslim is allowed only four? Why do many countries fear Islamic Fundamentalists? Operation Desert Storm, the war in the Persian Gulf, showed you the battleground and gave you a small glimpse of the people the war was fought for. That glimpse piqued the interest of many people as to the social and psychological motivations of the Arabs. MR. ROSS A.
