Description: In a fading steel-mill city on the cusp of an economic comeback, two prominent men are found dead within days of each other. The first is the general manager of the company building the new baseball stadium -- the city's hope for the future -- found dead of an apparent heroin overdose. The second is the city's foremost criminal defense lawyer, found hanged and castrated. In each case, homicide is suspected, but cannot be proved.
