Description: As the West celebrates the millennium and the first decade of its political victory in the Cold War, both the Russians and the Iranians are quietly plotting to take control of the oil-rich Caspian Sea. Up until now only Azerbajan has been able to stave off the advances of Russia and Iran in the region, but without U.S. help, that might not last. Steve Sarkesian, a multibillionaire and Armenian-born Russian ally, wants to make sure the U.S. remains an outsider. However, a small minority within Washington has taken notice of Sarkesian's influence and has decided to fight for the Azeri underdogs. But victory will only be possible with the help of Captain Richard Marcinko, USN. With his fellow Navy Seals and Major Jessica Van Pachen, the Rogue Warrior will seek revenge on his enemies, rescue hostages, stabilize U.S. influence, and prove once again that good guys do finish first.
