In their centenary catalogue of November 1989, Farrow and Jackson describe themselves as "Wine and Spirit Merchants' and General Engineers, Manufacturers of Iron Wine Bins, Cellar and Bar Fittings, Bottle Wax, Tapps etc., Mineral Water and Beer Carbonating Machinery, Brewers' and Bottlers' requisites, American iced drinks and bar appliances etc". Even this imposing introduction does not begin to list the hundreds of fascinating objects which will be found in this facsimile edition of the original catalogue.
