All riders can benefit from this easy-to-use guide. It will contains over 100 exercises in a workbook style. Each exercise is laid out in a two-page spread: The left side identifying the exercise, its level of difficulty, discipline application, its purpose, description, step-by-step procedure, the Do's and Don'ts for learning the drill and perfecting it, and which exercises are related and should be studied. The right side page contains a graphic description of the required movements in an exercise or performance ring, indicating the proper distances and locations for precise execution, and recommended timeframes for completion.
An accompanying videotape demonstrates each exercise, performed by both English and Western riders. Also provided is a booklet including the video footage count coordinated to each exercise, to enable viewers to quickly view the desired exercise(s).
