At the ungodly hour of 5:45 a.m., Dallas has nothing more on her mind than making coffee and prepping the final day's shooting for the summer catalogue. But the surreal display that greets her on the set -- a dead, nude model and a wild-eyed, knife-wielding Raul Domingo, the Cuban artist whom Dallas hired for the shoot -- isn't her idea of a great fashion spread.
