Fall 2000 marks John Lennon's sixtieth birthday (October 8th) and the twentieth anniversary of his death (December 8th) -- and renewed interest in both John and Yoko is already beginning. A new film, Gimme Some Truth, containing unreleased footage of the couple at their studio was shown at the Cannes Television Festival and is scheduled for broadcast in America in the fall. In addition, EMI plans to release a re-mastered CD of Lennon's classic album, "Imagine".
