The input to the program is the primary matrix parameters of multiconductor transmission lines first evaluated by LINPAR for Windows (also published by Artech House), and similar programs. The resultant output can be a subcircuit modeling the line, which can be incorporated into Spice and other circuit-analysis programs, or a file with tabulated scattering parameters of the line.
