Tucker is out of ideas when he runs into Pig -- Angelo Pighetti -- the fat kid in class who always gets picked on. Suddenly Tucker has a brainstorm: Why not make Pig his Science Fair project? He can help Pig lose weight, and have a living, breathing, successful experiment. What could be more perfect?

Unfortunately getting Pig to diet isn't easy, even with brilliant new techniques like virtual food and brownie aversion therapy. Lurching from one hilarious mishap to the next, Tucker may not end up winning the Science Fair, but his growing friendship with Angelo teaches him a lot about self-respect, and about values that can't be measured or weighed.
