Description:
Colilli (Italian studies, Laurentian U.) restores to poetic logic, or lyric philosophy, the cognitive and epistemological significance attributed to it by Aristotle in his Poetics. Taking the angel's corpse as a sign post beyond which lies an uncharted terrain of human significance, he expresses that terrain in terms of lyric philosophy, and links it to the dissolution of the repetitive logic of history.
