Unclipped dj has a small rub at head of spine, no call tags on backstrip, half inch closed tear at outer edge of frt flap but shows well in brand new mylar. Oversized, too large for flat rate envelope. Unpaginated text is rumpled from thumbing and there is a crack in the backstrip but pages are tight and going nowhere, there are several lib stamps through-out and the card pocket is on REP.
