Description:
Riley, a beautiful dog, was just what 11-year old William needed in a friend after his grandfather's death and his parents' separation. After Riley innocently chases a horse, he's taken to the pound because the local law says any animal that chases livestock must be put to sleep. Now, William has just 21 days to change the decision of the county commissioners.
