Description:
Targeted to the older elementary child, The Truth About Ruth and Other Stories provides stories told in rhyme featuring the biblical characters, Ruth, Gideon, and David. These rhyming stories don't patronize readers by making a pleasant ending or by avoiding difficult twists in the Bible narrative; rather, the author has injected a light touch by telling the stories as simple poems.
