Description: Mitzi St. Bernard's life was more gripping than the hook and loop fastener she claims to have first conceived in the Swiss Alps. From the brutal murder of her mother during her youth in 1935 to the bizarre circumstances surrounding her funeral in 1969, Mitzi survives a shocking Hollywood scandal, hardship in love with an amazingly well-packaged Swedish baron, and drug addiction that leads to a live TV meltdown. The person who impacts her life most significantly is her evil twin sister, a deranged, cruel beast who is a constant source of anguish. Were it not for Mitzi's deep belief in lucky pigeons, she might have given up the struggle we call life; before it's tragically taken away from her anyway. This racy page-turner dedicated to Jacqueline Susann has sex, drugs, scandal, insanity, murder, subversives, zombies, motherships, cross-dressing, a sex-change, hippies, and an evil twin. Fun, fun, fun!
