Description: Having just recently broken her relationship with up Vincent, her backsliding, non-committal boyfriend, thirty-four year-old Mya is not looking to fall in love so quickly again. But during one of her runs at the track, she meets Jeff and the two of them unexpectedly become quite smitten with each other. A trip to the altar is hastily planned until Vincent walks back into Mya's life, causing her to betray Jeff which brings the much anticipated nuptials to a screeching halt. Alone, sad and depressed, Mya is left to wonder what made her engage in such self-destructive behavior. She embarks on a journey of self-awareness, emerging humbled with a deeper appreciation of herself and those around her.
