Size: 8x5x0; Stated first ed.; first printing according to printer's key; 174 p., clean and unmarked anywhere on strong unaged paper; binding tight; clean gray boards with still bright silver gilt lettering on spine have minimal wear; the pictorial d.j. does have open tear at upper at upper edge of front panel and rubbing at edges, with small closed tear at crown of spine panel. What makes this merely acceptable are ugly brown stains (from glue? ) on front paste-down and front end page. They probably can't be removed, but perhaps covered over. Similar faint stains on front inner flap of d.j.
