An Infant is Secretly Set Adrift in a Lifepod in an attempt by her parents to save her from the mysterious and vicious Khlevii who have attacked their spaceship. She is rescued by three asteroid miners who name her Acorna for her silvery mane of hair, her oddly shaped fingers and toes, and the hornlike bump in the middle of her forehead.
