Description: Josh Nuenes is a corporately owned em-printer -- a human who implants personality and limited cognitive reasoning into test-tube people. T-breeding is a huge money-making industry where people will kill to keep corporate secrets as well as squash the competition. When Josh seeks help escaping the company who owns him, he becomes the unwitting courier of a T-breed filled with a virus that will eventually destroy the T-breeding industry. But Josh's savior is actually his captor and he is forced to either save the industry he helped create, or let the virus destroy his enemies. In that destruction, the T-breeds will emerge renewed, "awakened" with their own cognitive reasoning, equal to their human creators in every way. It will be the end of the T-breed industry, but the beginning of a whole new race of humans.
